Colin Currie Records, founded in 2018 by percussionist Colin Currie, showcases the breadth and innovation of contemporary percussion music. Created as a home for Currie’s most ambitious projects, the label celebrates the evolving possibilities of percussion through collaborations with leading composers and performers.

Currie is one of the foremost interpreters of music by Steve Reich, and subsequent releases have continued to reflect this connection, including a live album of the composer’s works recorded at Fondation Louis Vuitton and further explorations of his pioneering repertoire. Alongside this core focus, the label champions major new works for percussion, featuring collaborations with Håkan Hardenberger, HK Gruber, and genre-crossing artists such as Bryce Dessner.
